CSC CommunityWorks Announces Virtual Holiday Drive

The 2020 holiday season will be especially hard for many families coping with the impacts of COVID-19. Access to healthy food and basic supplies are among the most urgent needs, with too many of our neighbors visiting food banks for the first time. In fact, over 50 million Americans do not know where their next meal will come from.

To help address this challenge, CSC is hosting a Virtual Food and Personal Care Item Drive across the USA from December 15 through January 15, 2021. Joining forces with local food banks in the Feeding America network, we hope to donate thousands of much needed items.

To encourage participation and demonstrate CSC’s commitment to this pressing issue, we will match the first $25,000 in total virtual contributions to directly purchase laundry supplies and other needed items.

Our virtual drive builds upon our CSC 2019 Holiday Clothing Drive where, with our clients and customers, we collected and donated 30 tons of gently used clothes to underserved families last season. This year’s streamlined, contactless activation is a powerful solution during the COVID-19 pandemic.

4. You will be emailed a tax receipt for your donation.
5. CSC will match the first $25,000 of contributions.
