Service Tech Receives Praise for Excellent Service

Only five months after Pete Chicchetti was promoted from Installer to Service Tech at CSC’s Miami branch, the Miami team received a client message praising his excellent level of service.
“I am writing this morning to commend one of your technicians. He always visits with a professional and warm demeanor and makes an attempt to find the best solution for our laundry machines. I am very pleased to be working alongside Pete in order to keep our machines up and running and, most importantly, our residents satisfied. What a joy it is to have a happy and honest face visit us!”
Pete discovered he enjoyed repairing electronics and machinery while working at a family entertainment center. “I liked working on the games,” said Chicchetti. “I began looking for a technician position, but I wanted it to be at a company where I could move up and have a career.
Chicchetti also cited the family-oriented environment among team members as why he chose to join CSC ServiceWorks. He joined CSC in 2016 as a technician and spent most of his time rebuilding machines.
“I did a lot of the credit card conversions and the setup for new locations but got a wide variety of experience in a short amount of time which led me to where I am today,” said Chicchetti. “I told them upfront in my interview I had goals of moving up to a Service Tech position as soon as possible and was immediately given the opportunity to learn and grow towards that.”
Chicchetti continues to receive praise from clients as a Service Technician and has now set his sights on becoming a supervisor in the next few years.
“I want to continue to grow in my position to be the best I can,” said Chicchetti. “Each day is different so my goal is to learn something new every day which is one step closer to something else.”
