MALVERN, PA, February 04, 2019 — USA Technologies (NASDAQ:USAT) (“USAT”) a premier digital payment, consumer engagement and logistics service provider for the self-service retail market, and CSC ServiceWorks, Inc. (“CSC”), an industry leader in commercial laundry solutions and air vending services, today announced the completion of an ePort Supply Agreement.  Through the agreement, USAT will equip CSC’s air vending machines with USAT’s state-of-the-art ePort Connect cashless technology platform and upgrade the technology on other machines.

CSC is a leading provider of home and commercial laundry solutions as well as tire inflation and vacuum vending services at convenience stores and gas stations with over one million machines in service throughout the United States, Canada and Europe. “We are thrilled to partner with CSC,” said Stephen P.
