Deirdre Evens was appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer of CSC ServiceWorks on May 19, 2025. A seasoned executive with more than three decades of experience, Deirdre has held senior leadership roles across operations, human capital, marketing, and general management in the industrial services, technology, and retail sectors. She is widely recognized for her ability to drive enterprise growth, lead large-scale transformation, and align teams around operational excellence and customer value.
Prior to joining CSC, Deirdre served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Asset Lifecycle Management at Iron Mountain, where she built and led a global business focused on secure and sustainable technology asset disposition—relocating to Singapore to establish its international headquarters. Before that, she was EVP and General Manager of Iron Mountain’s North American business, overseeing more than $2 billion in revenue and 10,000 employees. Earlier at Iron Mountain, she held dual roles as Chief People Officer and Chief of Operations, leading enterprise functions including Human Resources, Marketing, Revenue Management, Enterprise PMO, and Global Risk.
Earlier in her career, Deirdre held executive positions at Clean Harbors as EVP of Human Resources and EVP of Sales & Marketing, and at BJ’s Wholesale Club and Polaroid, where she led strategy, marketing, and large-scale business units with global P&L accountability.
Deirdre holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University. Her post-graduate studies include coursework in Accounting and Finance at Babson University, executive education in Global Marketing and Business Strategy from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and completion of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Christopher E. Mack joined CSC ServiceWorks in September 2023 and brings nearly 30 years of financial, operational and accounting experience, leading both publicly traded and private equity backed companies.
Prior to CSC, Chris served as both Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Trilliant Networks Inc., an international smart-grid, smart cities, data & analytics and industrial IoT company with more than 34 million endpoints.
Prior to Trilliant, he was Chief Financial & Administrative Officer of MBO Partners, a leading workforce platform and payments company for independent professionals. MBO supported a community of more than 100,000 independent professionals and 500,000 independent projects. Chris also served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Apptix, a listed company on the Oslo, Norway stock exchange providing business productivity and cloud infrastructure solutions to over 500,000 users of small businesses and Fortune 500 companies in the U.S. prior to leading its sale in 2016.
He has also held several financial, operational and senior executive roles within the healthcare and software industries for high-volume, transactional-based technology service companies. In these roles, Chris was significantly involved with complex financing transactions as well as multiple successful exits.
Chris has been nominated for CFO of the Year by several organizations and publications, including the Washington Business Journal and Northern Virginia Technology Council. He is a CPA, a Chartered Global Management Accountant, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Shepherd University.
Eric Rasmussen serves as Chief Commercial Officer of CSC ServiceWorks, leading the company’s commercial, customer service, and marketing teams. Rasmussen joined CSC in 2019, bringing more than 20 years of success leading and empowering high performing sales teams at industry-leading service organizations.
Since joining CSC ServiceWorks, Rasmussen has led several key initiatives including CSC’s Go-to-Market and Account Value strategies in his previous role as Senior Vice President of Sales.
Before joining CSC ServiceWorks, Eric was Director of Sales at AmeriPride Uniform Services for where he was responsible for all new business sales. Prior to this, Eric spent five years as Director of Sales, Southern California for Waste Management where he led new business and retention of commercial, industrial and construction services, as well as four years managing a $50M branch for HSBC.
Rasmussen holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
Emily Cherry was appointed Chief Operating Officer of CSC ServiceWorks on June 1, 2025, following a series of key leadership roles that positioned her as a central architect of the company’s operational transformation. With more than 25 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, and engineering across national logistics and service delivery platforms, Emily brings deep executional expertise and a strong track record of driving scalable performance.
Since joining CSC in 2021, Emily has advanced through a series of senior roles. As Executive Vice President of Operations, she oversaw the integration and alignment of CSC’s East and West Field Divisions while advancing cross-functional coordination across installation, service, and collections. Prior to that, she led CSC’s Supply Chain and Strategic Sourcing organization, where she modernized procurement processes, optimized vendor relationships, and drove meaningful cost and service improvements.
Before CSC, Emily spent more than two decades with XPO Logistics, where she held progressive leadership positions in operations, engineering, and value creation. She served as Vice President of Operations and held multiple director-level roles leading operational design, engineering, and implementation for large-scale logistics and supply chain clients.
Emily holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon and earned a Master’s Certification in Project Management from The George Washington University. She is known for her data-driven approach to operational leadership, collaborative problem-solving, and ability to translate strategy into action at scale.
Mike Catanzaro serves as Chief People Officer for CSC ServiceWorks, leading Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness and Total Rewards. Mike joined CSC in 2017, bringing more than 25 years of progressive HR experience at Fortune 500 companies.
Since joining CSC ServiceWorks, Mike has led several HR functions responsible for employee relations, performance, policy, and leadership development while building and retaining a best-in-class workforce. Catanzaro’s previous roles with CSC included Vice President of Talent Management, Vice President of HR and Talent, and Senior Vice President of HR and Talent Management.
Prior to joining CSC, Catanzaro led global teams responsible for multiple HR functions at Fortune 500 companies including serving as Sr. Director of Talent & Organizational Effectiveness at Celanese and Director of Talent Management at Flowserve.
Catanzaro holds bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Economics from University of Rochester and a Master of Business Administration from Dowling College.
Chris Maxie serves as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for CSC ServiceWorks, where he oversees the company’s Legal, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Asset Protection, and Safety functions. Since joining CSC in 2017, Chris has been a key member of the executive leadership team, providing strategic counsel and ensuring enterprise-wide legal and compliance alignment.
Chris brings over 30 years of legal experience, including nearly two decades in senior in-house roles. Prior to CSC, he served as General Counsel for both SimplexGrinnell and Tyco Integrated Security, and as Senior Corporate Counsel for ADT Security Services—supporting complex, regulated operations under Tyco International and Johnson Controls. He began his legal career in civil litigation in San Diego before transitioning in-house with leadership roles at Comdisco Inc. and Eclipsys Corporation.
Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
Andrei Girenkov serves as Chief Technology Officer of CSC ServiceWorks, leading the company’s technology and digital teams. Andrei joined CSC in 2024, bringing more than 20 years of technology and product leadership experience in Fortune 500 and privately held companies.
Before joining CSC ServiceWorks, Andrei was Chief Technology Officer at Greystar, where he was responsible for worldwide technology, data, and digital product management. Prior to this, he served as Divisional CIO for Colonial Life & Accident Insurance, a division of Unum Group. Andrei also spent four years as Vice President of Technology, Private Client Group at Raymond James Financial, and helped launch the country’s third largest stock exchange as Head of Software Development at Direct Edge (now part of CBOE Global Markets).
Andrei holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University, a Master of Software Engineering degree from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law. He serves on the boards of Carnegie Mellon’s MSE program and Liberty Station Ukraine, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
