Eligibility

The CSC Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) and is open only to legal residents of United States who: i) are at least 18 years of age as of November 2, 2025; ii) complete at least one (1) vend using the CSCPay mobile application (“CSCPay”), CSC GO mobile application (“CSC GO”) or One Tap Away mobile application (“OTA”) CSC ServiceWorks, Inc. (“CSC”) products, to complete a washer and/or dryer cycle from Nov 2, 2025 to November 29, 2025; and iii) reside at a CSC-serviced property as their primary residence.

Employees of CSC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

How to Enter

Automatic Entry

Each vending transaction completed using CSCPay, CSC GO, or OTA during November 2–28, 2025 will count as one (1) Qualifying Entry towards a weekly drawing. Example: If a participant completes 10 vends between Nov 2-8 they will receive 10 Qualifying Entries that week.

No Purchase Necessary Entry

To enter the Sweepstakes without making a vending transaction, visit https://www.cscsw.com/sweepstakes-2 and submit your full name, email address, city, state, and zip code.

Entries must be submitted by November 28, 2025 in order to be eligible. Limit one (1) electronic Qualifying Entry per person. All electronically submitted entries will be given the same weight as automatic entries.

Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of CSC, which are final and binding in all respects.

Prize

Two hundred and fifty (250) winners will be selected at random each week from all Qualifying Entries to receive $50 in credits to their CSC app account. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted, except at CSC’s sole discretion. There will be a total of one thousand (1,000) winners during the full period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

Each weekly drawing will occur on the Monday following the week prior. The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing. CSC is not responsible for emails filtered to spam or incorrect contact details provided by the winner. The winner must respond by completing a form to claim their prize within 7 days or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

Winner may be required to provide documentation to verify eligibility. CSC may, at its discretion, announce or publish the winner’s name after verification.

Content Usage and Rights

By participating, or attempting to participate in, the Sweepstakes, you grant CSC, and its affiliates, an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license, where permitted by law and without any further notice, to use, reproduce, modify, publish, broadcast and distribute your name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image and/or statements, concerning or related to CSC and/or the Sweepstakes, for marketing and promotional purposes in perpetuity, in any and all media formats. No additional compensation will be provided for use of such information or content.

Privacy

By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree that any personal information provided may be collected, processed, and used by CSC for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, including selecting and contacting the winner, and for content usage as described above. Your information will be handled in accordance with CSC’s Privacy Policy. Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, you release and hold harmless CSC, its principals, affiliates and subsidiaries, from any and all liability, claims, or actions arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes.

General Conditions

CSC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined in its sole discretion.

Disputes

By entering, you agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in a federal or state court located in Dallas County, Texas; (b) this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles; (c) you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive any objections to venue or jurisdiction; (d) damages shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses (including costs associated with entering), and in no event shall you be entitled to attorneys’ fees, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any multiplier of damages.
