My rental equipment is damaged. Will CSC cover the cost to replace the equipment?
CSC will own all cost associated with the equipment replacement of our machines. However, CSC is not responsible for any other repairs or damage to the room or building.
When will my rental fees end if the equipment is damaged? Do I need to keep making payments?
Fees are waived until equipment is replaced. Our goal is to get a technician to you as quickly as possible to get your equipment repaired or replaced. If you notice any inaccuracies in your next invoice, please contact us at [email protected].
Will CSC remove the damaged equipment?
Yes. At the time we deliver your new equipment, we will also remove the damaged equipment from your property.
