As part of this process, we are replacing legacy coin and cash services with fully digital payment hardware.

Our team is dedicated to ensuring a smooth transition. Changing residents’ habits will require some initial adjustment, and the CSC team is ready to support and help educate residents and drive adoption so that all parties benefit from a safer, more convenient and reliable experience.

Most communities that have been upgraded experienced an increase in revenue and fewer service issues 4-6 weeks after the upgrade. That said, please understand our business is equally affected by any sustained impact on revenue, and we will actively monitor utilization and provide solutions to resolve if necessary.

At this time, please help us spread the word to your residents by printing this OTA flyer and displaying it on the door of your laundry room(s).  We will send another email with more instructions including a welcome kit with email templates, flyers and videos to help residents get started.

Dear Valued Client,

We’re excited to inform you that your complimentary upgrade to One Tap Away will occur within the next 30 days. At the time of upgrade, our team will update all signage in the laundry room.

Here are a few steps to take over the next few weeks to ensure a seamless transition for your residents to download One Tap Away App and receive their first wash for free:

  1. If you haven’t already, please print and display this Laundry Room Flyer on the door of your laundry room(s).
  2. Either email or print and distribute this Getting Started Flyer to residents. This includes all info they need to get started with a link to additional resources and FAQs.
  3. If your residents are switching from coin or laundry card, you can download and send the  email templates in this Welcome Kit to help with the transition.
