As part of this process, we will replace legacy coin and cash services with fully digital payment hardware. This hardware will reduce vandalism, enable a more reliable digital payment processing experience and offer residents a variety of payment options including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, PayPal, credit/debit and more.

Our team is dedicated to ensuring a smooth transition. Changing residents’ habits will require some initial adjustment, and the CSC team is ready to support and help educate residents and drive adoption so that all parties benefit from a safer, more convenient and reliable experience.

Most communities that have been upgraded experienced an increase in revenue and fewer service issues 4-6 weeks after the upgrade. That said, please understand our business is equally affected by any sustained impact on revenue, and we will actively monitor utilization and provide solutions to resolve if necessary.
