As Chief Operating Officer, Phil Emma leads the company’s operations organization, which includes all branch management as well as our certified technicians and collections professionals. Emma joined CSC ServiceWorks in in 2014 as part of the Mac-Gray acquisition where he played a major role in the sale and integration as a member of Mac-Gray’s leadership team.
Emma has over 25 years of broad general management, sales, and marketing leadership experience within the services industry and with leading consumer product organizations like Coca-Cola and PepsiCo. Across these experiences, Emma has successfully led change that has refocused service organizations toward a more customer-centric and differentiated approach.
Emma earned his bachelor of science degree from the University of Massachusetts Boston. He is a board member for ABC/A Better Chance, a school for underprivileged students, and previously served as a member of the Whirlpool Advisory Council, board member for Boston College Carroll School of Management, and Executive Director of the Soft Drink Association. He is a 10-time Boston Marathon participant.
