Coinmach Service Corp. announces appointment of Gary J. Dailey as Chief Financial Officer

PLAINVIEW, N.Y., August 1, 2011 – Coinmach Service Corp. (“CSC”) a leading supplier of outsourced laundry equipment services for multi-family housing properties in North America, today announced the appointment of Mr. Gary J. Dailey to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Dailey will report directly to Robert M. Doyle, Chief Executive Officer of CSC.

Mr. Dailey is a Certified Public Accountant with 23 years of financial, accounting and operational experience gained during a progression of senior roles in public and private industry. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Dailey served in various roles and capacities for Brand Management Holdings, Ltd., primarily as Chief Financial and Operating Officer of Everlast Worldwide, Inc. (“Everlast”), a division of Brand Holdings. Everlast is a global manufacturer, distributor and licensor of sporting goods, apparel and footwear, reaching retail sales of $1 billion dollars. Mr. Dailey was Chief Financial Officer of Everlast since 2003.

Coinmach Service Corp. Completes Two Acquisitions

PLAINVIEW, N.Y., August 1, 2011 – Coinmach Service Corp. (CSC) a leading supplier of outsourced laundry equipment services for multi-family housing properties in North America, today announced that it has completed two acquisitions totaling approximately 9,000 route machines. The acquisitions which include machines in both the Cleveland market and the Washington/Baltimore market strategically fit into Coinmach’s existing footprint which covers 42 states. The acquisitions were purchased using Coinmach’s existing credit facility.
